We are afraid we only accept Japanese yen via PayPal.
We accept payment PayPal only.100% in advance payment in JPY.

It’s hard to pay with Japanese yen. Is there any other way?

Most of the errors are due to the expire date.
We are not allowed to contact your credit card company.

Cancellation Policy

I ordered the wrong item. Can I cancel the order after my payment?

After payment, your order can not be cancelled or changed.
we may be able to cancel your order only if we are notified of your cancellation request before shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you repair a purchased item?

A:
We are afraid we don’t repair items. Remember to not remove Mako’s pins from the frame. The pins are had to put back in once they are out.

Q:
I’d like to take a look at Tasuki brand products. Is there any place displaying the products?

A:
We only display our products at archeology conferences.

What’s Tasuki?

Tasuki is our product brand. It originally means a relay-baton in Japanese. Our mission is to become a cultural baton to pass historical properties to next generations.
