M-3 is the smallest in the series. Ideal for measuring small pieces, detailed parts, and bottom or inside of the objects.
M-3 is 118 mm wide (75 mm of pins). The frame is made of guibourtia. The lightest Mako in the series at 90g. Ideal for detailed measurements.
Very comfortable size to work with and hold for long hours.

Mako(Bamboo Profile Gauge)
Mako is a wooden profile gauge. Press Mako against the object to measure the shape, then trace the accurate shape on paper. Lately more and more archeologists around the world are using Mako as an essential archeology tool.
Mako’s wooden frames are made by Japanese excellent craftsmanship, which gives a nice pleasant texture and will fit your hands.
